Kari

One of the main characters of the manga I am developing with my friend. We haven't finished the entire story yet, but here are some stats on this guy:

Characteristics: Strong willed, impulsive, impatient, Powerful fighter
 
Summary: Hikari Rioku started out as a free runner in Imperial City, the hub of the empire of Akuma, the evil ruler of the land. Kari and his friends, Mizu and Rizan spent their entire lives fighting and running for their lives against the government enforcers that plagued the city. One day, the boys see a robbery taking place in a local shop. Against Rizan's complaints, Kari and Mizu go in to stop the robbery. They take down the gunmen with the help of Rizan, and are praised by the shop owner. Though they saved the owner, the three are arrested by the Enforcers, stating that "Vigilantism will not be tolerated". The children then decide that what they did that day was important, and that vigilantes were what Imperial City needed.
